Our programs
Through its Integrated Programs, I’MPOSSIBLE designs projects to cover more than just one slice of life. Stability boosts Education. Better education improves livelihoods. Stronger livelihoods promote stability. Integrated solutions serve people living in dignity.

1-Peacebuilding through economic Development and livelihoods:
I’MPOSSIBLE believes that livelihoods development is one of the aspects to achieve community development and build a peaceful society. The community would need external supports while they would also need to be self-mobilized to be able to fully utilize their own resources.
We partner with the vulnerable community to improve livelihoods and resilience through skills development, business development support, and soft skills followed by on the Job Training and internship programs.
We train community committees to be able to initiate peacebuilding activities.

2-Education support
A poor-quality education is almost like no education. It’s not enough to get children in school, we also need to ensure that they acquire the necessary life skills and teachers are equipped with the necessary skills to provide quality education. A special focus has to be given to the most vulnerable and marginalized groups (including children living in fragile and conflict-affected countries and children with disabilities).
Our Little Fingers programs focus on the whole child, caring for their academic, social and emotional well-being.
We support communities build libraries, internet centers, learning spaces. We offer sport and recreational activities, nutrition and PSS sessions, intensive language training, and summer camps.
I’MPOSSIBLE designed the Educator Brown Bag (EBB) for teachers to introduce them to the pedagogical methods for innovative learning providing a range of easy-to-use lesson ideas and teaching materials.

3-Youth Empowerment
A critical gap is the ability of young people to demonstrate the life and work readiness skills needed in the job market. We address the problem of a global skills gap by preparing young people to succeed in the jobs employers are seeking to fill.
Our Success Is Possible (SIP) curriculum help young men and women become more confident and reliable team players. With a demand-driven approach, we constantly refine how we meet market needs. SIP provides the youth with relevant vocational, technical and life skills trainings, coaching sessions, career guidance, entrepreneurs and leadership skills and certification to ensure the highest quality delivery of the program.
Our Shoot For Success (SFS) program aims to use football to bring unemployed, out-of-school youth together and empower them with opportunities. In addition to football activities, our Coaches facilitate complementary interactive work readiness lessons in a classroom setting. With a holistic approach, SFS orients youth around locally relevant career paths and available technical and vocational training and education options and also offers guidance for entrepreneurial pursuits.
