A critical gap is the ability of young people to demonstrate the life and work readiness skills needed in the job market. We address the problem of a global skills gap by preparing young people to succeed in the jobs employers are seeking to fill.
Our Success Is Possible (SIP) curriculum help young men and women become more confident and reliable team players. With a demand-driven approach, we constantly refine how we meet market needs. SIP provides the youth with relevant vocational, technical and life skills trainings, coaching sessions, career guidance, entrepreneurs and leadership skills and certification to ensure the highest quality delivery of the program.
Our Shoot For Success (SFS) program aims to use football to bring unemployed, out-of-school youth together and empower them with opportunities. In addition to football activities, our Coaches facilitate complementary interactive work readiness lessons in a classroom setting. With a holistic approach, SFS orients youth around locally relevant career paths and available technical and vocational training and education options and also offers guidance for entrepreneurial pursuits.
